When the tracking of your shipment is not available, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The sender of the shipment did not affix the label to the parcel. Remember that you will always have to send the carrier label to the sender of the shipment to be able to monitor the transit.
- The shipment has not yet been collected. If the parcel has not yet entered the network of the carrier, tracking is not normally available.
- The transit has not yet started because there is missing documentation, e.g. international shipment.
- The shipment is late or has not yet left the depot. In this case, we will request more information from the courier if you send a request to our customer support.
