PayPal Shipping allows to manage all your shipments in a single platform. In this article, we explain how to purchase labels individually from bulk shipping.
How to access bulk shipping
From your PayPal Shipping account, click on the link "buy labels in bulk".
Purchase a single label from
Once you login into bulk shipping, all your sold and paid items will be automatically imported into PayPal Shipping. All your imported and completed shipments will show under your ready for payment shipments.
In case not all the information has been imported from PayPal, the shipment will be in draft status, which means that some elements must be completed before the shipment can be booked. All your draft shipments will appear in the draft section.
Parcel size, dimensions and default address
The postal code, city of origin and destination from your sold item will be automatically imported from PayPal. Weight and dimensions of your parcel will be imported, only if already defined from your listing.
If weight and dimensions are not defined from your PayPal, such details will have to be manually edited:
Default parcel
You can enter the weight and dimensions of the package manually, or you can use the ''default packages'' feature from the ''Settings'' menu that will allow you to define the size of up to 16 packages that you are used to using to speed up your shipments.
Get rates
By clicking on ''Get Rates'' you will see the couriers available and the service selected by the buyer.
Complete shipment
Before confirming your shipment, please double check your origin and destination data to ensure that you have entered your address, house number, postal code and destination location correctly.
Purchase a single label from bulk shipping (not imported from PayPal)
From bulk shipping, you can also create shipments that are not related to a PayPal sold item. To create a new shipment, not imported from a PayPal sold item, click on "new shipment" from the bulk shipping platform.
If you create a new shipment not related to a PayPal item, keep in mind that sender address, recipient address, content, weight and dimensions, must be manually added.
Tip: Carriers systems do not read non-standard characters (ß,ö/ä/ü,æ,ň etc) so be sure to use the respective transcriptions (ss, oe/ae/ue,ae,n etc). The data must always be entered in the purchasing process with the respective transcriptions in Latin characters.
