Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve a deleted draft shipment.
If you have deleted the draft shipment from bulk shipping by clicking on DELETE (as in the image below), it is no longer possible to buy the postage label on PayPal Delivery. If you have deleted the draft from bulk shipping by mistake, Packlink cannot retrieve it for you.
