Tracking your shipment is very easy. You can do this once the merchandise has been scanned, collected or dropped off, either via your PayPal Shipping account or through the carrier’s website.

Before tracking your shipment, please note the following:
- Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available after the package is picked up or dropped off (depending on the purchased service). When the shipment has reached the carrier's facilities, has been scanned into the system, and is marked as: In transit, that's when you'll be able to view the updates.
- The contracting party is responsible for verifying the status of the shipment until it is delivered. In the event of incidents during transport, this party must contact the PayPal Shipping customer service team to give instructions to the carrier and solve the problem, to avoid the parcel being returned to its origin.
Important
If your tracking information has not been updated 48 hours after collection or drop-off, please contact the PayPal Shipping Customer Service team by using our Delivery contact form. Our agents will raise the issue with the carrier to provide you with updated information about the delivery.
Tracking from your PayPal Shipping account
- Access your PayPal Shipping account.
- Select the shipment you would like to track.
- Click View tracking.
- A panel will appear where you can view all updates and the status of your shipment.
- On the right hand side of the panel, within the Shareable tracking box, click View tracking page.
- A new tab will automatically open in your browser with the Tracking page, where you can check all the shipment details, including the estimated delivery date.

Tracking from the carrier's website
- Access your PayPal Shipping account.
- Select the shipment you would like to track.
- Click View tracking.
- A new tab will be automatically opened with all the details related to your shipment.
- On the right hand side of the panel, within the Tracking number box, click the icon
to copy it. - Then, click on the Tracking number. A new tab will automatically open in your browser and direct you to the carrier's website.
- In the search bar of the portal, paste the Tracking number that you copied, then press Enter on your keyboard.
- Check all updates and the status of your shipment.
Additional information
- The first day of transit is calculated from the day after the collection or drop-off at a carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipment's transit time. For example, if you arrange a shipment to be collected on Monday with a transit time of 3-4 working days (excluding holidays), the package will be delivered on Thursday or Friday.
- Transit updates for international shipments may take longer, as the parcel travels through different hubs within the carrier's network.
