Can the courier collect multiple shipments at once?

The carrier can collect multiple packages/shipments if any of these situations happen:

1. When you book a shipment which contains different parcels (multi-parcel service) and are addressed to the same recipient.
2. When you book shipments with a single carrier that have the same pick up address and the same pick up date. We remind you to always make sure to hand over the correct shipping to the carrier.

If you book two shipments with two different carriers and both shipments are given to the same carrier, the courier driver will not be able to verify the status of the shipment collected by mistake.

If you have booked several shipments with the same carrier, but with different collection dates, the courier driver can only collect the shipments that are scheduled for that day.
