When you book a service with PayPal shipping platform you will be able to decide the pick up time-slots: for example, in the morning 9am-2pm and afternoon 2pm-8pm.
Please remember, it is not possible to choose a specific time for the pick up.
However, if you wish to add additional information that may be useful for the collection, feel free to contact us and we will send your request to the carrier on your behalf.
Also it is very good practice to leave a note on the doorbell with instructions for the driver.
