When you select a service to use for your parcel, you can choose between drop off services and collection services.
🏤 Drop off services: Allow users to drop the parcel at a local shop rather than having to wait for collection. The parcel will then be collected from the drop-off point by courier.
🚚 Collections services: Allow users to be at home and have the parcel collected directly from their home address. The courier will come and collect the parcels at your home address.
