The payer of the shipment can file a complaint by adhering to the following deadlines:
- No later than 30 calendar days from the day of parcel dispatch for all cases reported via Packlink
- No later than 30 calendar days from the day of dispatch for all cases reported via transport carrier
If your parcel is not delivered nor do you receive any update regarding your shipment through the online tracking system within this period, you need to contact our customer support deparment in order to initiate an investigation with the courier.
