Yodel Store to Store
- Individual or multipack shipments.
- Requires a printer : Label is mandatory.
- Home pick-up is not included.
- Delivery to a Yodel drop-off point/ParcelShop.
- Transit time: estimated 2 to 3 working days to the United Kingdom and estimated 3 to 7 working days to Highlands and islands.
- Delivery schedule: throughout the day.
- Maximum weight: 10 kg.
- Maximum dimensions (cm): longest side less than 120 cm. Length: 120 cm + width: 50 cm + height: 50 cm = 220 cm.
- Extras: proof of delivery (digital photo) upon request.
Yodel Store to Door
- Individual or multipack shipments.
- Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
- Home pick-up is not included.
- Transit: estimated 2 to 3 working days to the United Kingdom and estimated 3 to 7 working days to Highlands and islands.
- Delivery schedule: throughout the day.
- 3 delivery attempts included.
- Maximum weight: 10 kg.
- Maximum dimensions (cm): longest side less than 120 cm. Length: 120 cm + width: 50 cm + height: 50 cm = 220 cm.
- Extras: proof of delivery (digital photo) upon request.
Label
The label is mandatory. Do not cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly with the driver's PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) device.
Collection and delivery times
- Drop off: you can deposit the parcel at the Yodel drop-off point closest to your home or at the ParcelShop of your choice, at the time and date that best suits you.
- Although Yodel drop-off points provide services on Saturdays, please note that the goods will not begin their transit time until Monday.
- Keep the receipt/ticket provided by the ParcelShop when you drop off the package.
Delivery times: throughout the day. - Leave a note or post-it on the telephone or intercom if the recipient's last name is not visible, does not match, or if the doorbell is temporarily out of service.
Tracking
The tracking of your shipment will be available on our platform from the day after dropping off the package at the Yodel drop-off point/ParcelShop, provided the parcel label has been correctly attached.
Transit time
Service transit time is estimated between 2 to 3 working days to the United Kingdom and 3 to 7 working days to Highlands and islands, after the drop-off date at the ParcelShop/drop-off point (Monday to Friday, except holidays).
Important On some occasions, due to logistical, operational and weather-related reasons that are unrelated to Packlink PayPal - it isn’t always possible to deliver on the estimated day.
Conditions
- It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink PayPal with a solution through the Help Center within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
- If no one is present at the delivery address, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted-delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at a specific location.
- The return-to-sender request isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
- The transit times are estimated- except for purchased services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.
Proof of delivery
- Digital proof of delivery at no extra cost. This document can only be requested by the purchaser of the service.
- Provided that it’s not a certified delivery, a third party, who is not necessarily the recipient of the shipment, may receive it.
- The driver will take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery at the time of delivering your package.
Coverage
Standard protection
All services include the coverage stated in point 14 Packlink’s Limitation of Liability in the Terms and Conditions of the service.
Extra protection
It’s possible to contract an additional coverage for a maximum value of £5,000.
In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and non-compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
