Once you have chosen the shipping option that suits you best, our system will ask you to indicate the content of the parcel and its value.
Afterwards, you will find the
Protect your shipment section, where you will need to specify whether you would like to Add shipment protection for the stated amount. If you select this option, your goods will travel with extra protection and a confirmation message will be displayed:
Your shipment is now protected, along with the amount of the purchased coverage.
Maximum coverage amount: up to £5,000.
Check the essential requirements for submitting a claim for damage, loss or missing content.

- The extra protection coverage can only be applied in the event of damage or loss.
- Those products included in the list of prohibited and no compensation items are excluded from any type of compensation.
