In case of damage or loss you can file a claim to Packlink, provided that you meet these 5 mandatory requirements:
- Don't send goods included in our Forbidden and Restricted Goods list.
- Use proper packaging according to our Packaging Guide: Packaging instructions.
- Prove the value of the goods by providing the PayPal sale receipt.
- Take pictures of the damaged goods including the packaging used.
- Submit the claim within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date.
